The Aranmula Parthasarathy Temple, dedicated to Lord Krishna, is located on the banks of the Pamba River in Aranmula, Pathanamthitta district, Kerala. Renowned for its annual Vallasadya (ritual feast) and Vallamkali (boat race), this temple exemplifies traditional Kerala architecture, featuring intricate wood carvings depicting stories from the Ramayana and Mahabharata. The temple walls are adorned with 18th-century paintings.

A significant "Divya Desam" revered by the Alvar saints, the temple is one of five ancient shrines in Kerala linked to the Mahabharata, believed to have been built by the Pandava prince Arjuna. It plays a crucial role during the annual procession of the sacred jewels, Thiruvabharanam, to Sabarimala and stores the Thanka Anki, Ayyappan's golden attire, during the Mandala season.

Aranmula is also famous for its Onam snake boat race, deeply connected to Mahabharata legends. Managed by the Travancore Devaswom Board, the temple is open from 4 am to 11 am and 5 pm to 8 pm, attracting devotees and tourists alike.
